Position Overview: The Greater You Leadership Series is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new contracts and forging strategic partnerships to expand our reach and impact. You will present our innovative leadership development programs and services to potential clients, negotiate and close deals, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for leadership development.

Job Title: Training Facilitator (Contracted Position)

Location: Remote/Flexible (with potential travel for in-person workshops)

Job Type: Part-time (Contract)

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and dynamic Training Facilitators to join our team on a contract basis. As a Training Facilitator, you will deliver high-quality workshops, webinars, and online courses to a diverse audience of professionals and organizations. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our leadership development programs, helping participants achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops, webinars, and online courses on various leadership and professional development topics.

  • Customize program content to meet the specific needs and goals of clients and participants.

  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to enhance the learning experience.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and interaction.

  • Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them apply learning to their roles.

  • Collaborate with the program development team to continuously improve and update program content.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leadership trends, best practices, and industry developments.

  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.


  • Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or educator, preferably in leadership development or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of leadership principles, personal development, and organizational behavior.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.

  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and digital learning tools.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different client needs and schedules.

  • Certification in leadership training or coaching is a plus.

  • Ability to travel for in-person workshops (if applicable).

Job Title: Leadership Development Intern

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship (Unpaid)

Duration: 3-6 months (flexible, with potential for extension)


Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leadership Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership development, program coordination, and business operations within a dynamic and impactful organization. The intern will work closely with our team to support various initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of The Greater You Leadership Series.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of leadership development programs, workshops, and webinars.

  • Conduct research on leadership trends, best practices, and potential partnership opportunities.

  • Support the development and maintenance of digital learning resources, including e-books and online courses.

  • Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote our programs and services.

  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients and participants.

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients and partners.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement and business development.


  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in leadership development, education, and business consulting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
